Bible Studies

Bible Study is a vital part of Southview’s spiritual life.

• Wednesdays – 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
• Thursday- 10:30 am – 11:30 am

Sanctuary Choir

You do not have to know how to read music, or have a trained voice to be welcome in the choir.  Rehearsal is Wednesday night at 7:15 pm in the choir loft.  Childcare is provided if needed.

United Methodist Women & United Methodist Men

The UMW and the UMM are two groups that put faith into action!  The groups meet monthly from September through May for a shared meal and speaker.

Sonshine Gang

The Sonshine Gang is a group of singers that sings at different nursing and retirement homes twice a month.  The Sonshine Gang’s goal is sing fun upbeat songs dressed in comical attire.  We also include hymns in our programs.  Not only do our seniors help brighten the day for residents in nursing homes, they are building a relationship among themselves.

Senior Adults

The seniors meet for “pot luck” lunches at 12:00 noon with devotions and special guests.  We meet for breakfasts monthly at a local restaurant.  As time permits, we will have craft days and planned day trips.
